Terms
& Conditions
We will
be happy to accept work from anywhere in the world, as long
as the work is in English and the customer agrees to payment
of the work within seven (7) days of receipt of documentation.
Pickup and delivery costs outside of the Sydney CBD are the
responsibility of the customer.
If the
customer requires a quotation one will be provided on request.
If the customer’s original requirements change, we reserve
the right, after consultation with the client, to amend the
original quotation.
Work will
not be accepted by us without a signed work order form, a
copy of which can be found on our website
The work
order form lists details of the work required and any specific
requirements such as formatting requirements or attaching
precedents to be utilised. Customers who submit digital transcription
with a digital work order form will be required to submit
their phone number so that a verbal confirmation can be obtained.
Signing the work order form indicates the customer’s
acceptance of Angela’s Secretarial Services Terms &
Conditions.
Payment
can be made by cheque, payable to Angela’s Secretarial
Services, by pay pal, by direct credit or by cash upon delivery
of work. Payment must be made within seven (7) days of receipt
of an account. First time customers will be billed on the
day work is delivered all other customers will receive accounts
on a monthly basis.
We reserve
the right to charge interest on overdue amounts on the outstanding
balance from the date the invoice was due until the date payment
is made.
If a cheque
is dishonoured, the customer will be held responsible for
all bank charges resulting from the returned cheque.
An invoice
will be submitted with the completed work. Payment is strictly
due 7 days from the date of the invoice.
It is the customer’s
final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed
work. Angela’s Secretarial Services can accept no responsibility
for errors submitted to Angela’s Secretarial Services
but Angela’s Secretarial Services will gladly correct
any found by the customer if the work has not yet been completed.
If errors are found in the work, they will be rectified free
of charge but they must be notified within 24 hours of receipt
of completed work. This is limited to mistakes made by Angela’s
Secretarial Services as opposed to further redrafting by the
customer. Angela’s Secretarial Services can not be found
liable for errors found in the work and will be liable for
the cost of correcting the document only. No further liability
will be accepted by Angela’s Secretarial Services.
Angela’s
Secretarial Services is not responsible for the end use of
any document produced or edited by us. The customer has the
sole responsibility for the appropriate use of any document
created by Angela’s Secretarial Services, including
abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing
requirements. Angela’s Secretarial Services is not responsible
for the content of any document supplied to them. Angela’s
Secretarial Services will assume no responsibility for any
plagiarised material supplied by a customer and reserves the
right to return the work should Angela’s Secretarial
Services become aware of such inappropriate use.
Angela’s
Secretarial Services retains the right to reject work from
any customer.
Angela’s
Secretarial Services would like customers to note that for
insurance and safety reasons, we cannot permit personal visits
to our premises.
Please note that
client’s documents will be kept for a period of one
month unless otherwise advised. All documents are securely
destroyed for purposes of privacy and confidentiality
